   Museum” devoted to it.

         historical past.
           The Esplanta castle with its XIII^th century donjon will bring you to the

                                               Saugues venerates Saint Bénilde.
                             A diorama is devoted to his life.
                                         Do not miss the traditional procession of
                                     the White Penitents on Maundy Thursday and
                                   visit their chapel where you can admire a magnificent
                               retable.
                           The chapel of Notre Dame d’Estours towers above the gorges
                         of the Seuge in a wild beauty spot.
                   Charraix is a place to discover with its amazingly shaped crosses
               combining metal and stone.
           The troglodytic chapel of Sainte Madeleine in Monistrol d’Allier.
